How Do I Change My Payment Card Details?

To add a card to your account, or update your card details you will need to visit your Krystal Client Area.


  1. From the Billing menu, click on Manage Payment Card.


  2. If you have a card on file, you'll be able to delete it by clicking Delete - but be aware that if you do this, we will no longer be able to collect automatic renewals until you add a new card.



To add a new card, click Add New Credit Card



Enter your card details, and click Save Changes.



If your card expires, it will automatically be removed from your account.
