What payment methods do we accept?

Krystal currently accepts payments via credit or debit card, bank transfer and PayPal.

Invoice payments will only be taken automatically when you have a valid Credit or Debit card registered on your account.PayPal and bank transfer payments must be made manually.

To make a payment on an invoice, please login to your client area and head to the Billing > My Invoices and select the invoice to pay.

When making payments via bank transfer, please set the reference of the transfer to your invoice number or account number, as this helps us identify your payment quicker and allocate it to your invoice, minimising any interruption.
